The Biopsychosocial Assessment is an information gathering session that allows the client the opportunity to discuss the presenting problem and other contributing factors such as their social environment, trauma history, medical history, etc. that play a role in their mental health.
The Treatment Plan lays the foundation for treatment and presents the opportunity for clients to identify their personal goals, objectives, and discuss the interventions that will be used to assist with making progress.
Individual counseling is offered in a 1:1 setting. This environment creates a safe place for the client to explore and process the challenges that brought them to counseling. During these sessions, the mental health professional uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to guide treatment. It is the goal to support the client in being empowered to take control of their life.
Family counseling creates a safe place for the client and their identified family members, support system, etc. It is offered to increase the support of the client and create a healthy environment to maintain the progress made during sessions.
We believe that increased support encourages progress. Group counseling creates a safe place for clients to learn from one another in a space led by a mental health professional. Our group topics include: depression, anxiety, substance abuse and family support.
We provide crisis intervention services for individuals and families in need. Our team is available 24/7 to provide support and resources during times of crisis.
Skills building services are offered to individuals and families. They are purposed with increasing the skills accessible to the client and their family that contribute to the empowerment and determination needed to reach their self-identified goals.
Rising Phoenix takes an alternative and holistic approach to treatment. We aim to bridge the gap between the mind, body, and spirit in order to reach empowerment. This is done by offering yoga classes, mindfulness meditation classes, physical fitness classes, etc.
