Clinical supervision at Rising Phoenix Health and Wellness Empowerment Center provides a supportive, structured environment for Master’s level clinicians working toward licensure. Our supervision is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and emphasizes both clinical skill-building and professional identity development. Supervisees receive guidance on ethical practice, case conceptualization, documentation, and the integration of evidence-based interventions. Through reflective discussion, feedback, and mentorship, clinicians are empowered to grow in confidence, competence, and purpose as they progress toward independent licensure.
